Tracy Kulik

Tracy Kulik, Vice President, Health Access

Ms. Kulik has extensive administrative background in population health. She worked for 17 years in Academic Medical Care administration and for 21 years in healthcare consulting. Her expertise is in clinical operations, grants development, public health policy, and specifically, support of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). FQHC support is critical as these organizations embrace the challenges related to significant expansion of enrollees with only mild escalation of revenues. She assists them in board formation, clinical measures, grant writing and management, and program development. In addition to FQHC support, Ms. Kulik facilitates strategic plans and needs assessments for public health agencies, with a focus on identifying and quantifying social determinants of health. She has conducted representative engagements for organizations as diverse as The Cleveland Clinic under a Kresge Foundation grant that she helped secure, Ryan White funded jurisdictions, State Departments of Health, and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.
